Water Fun
This afternoon, 1B popped on their waterproofs and went outside to engage in some water play. We blew bubbles, mixed, poured and tipped water. It was great to hear the children using vocabulary such as ‘full,’ ‘empty’ and ‘all gone’. Well done everyone.

Leaf Printing
Whilst in the Hive this morning we collected some leaves to take back to our classroom. We wanted to have a go at leaf printing outside but it was too wet so we decided to do it inside. The children absolutely loved painting the leaf and pressing them down onto the paper before peeling the leaves鈥�

Eden the ECO Elmer
We were proud to hand over our cheque of £920.85 to Brian House Hospice this week. Our ECO warriors have thoroughly enjoyed organising and running events to raise money for such a fantastic Charity.

Forest Scavenger Hunt
During ECO & play this afternoon, we took advantage of the sunny autumnal weather & completed a scavenger hunt in our forest areas. The pupils had so much and worked really well together to find all of the items on their checklist.

Recycling activity
In Eco & Play afterschool club, we completed a sorting activity. The pupils had to decide which bin the different items would go in. It created lots of discussion around whether something could be recycled or go in the compost bin.
